Remember my 2013 projects?
Not only did I finish enlarging the constellation arch and crocheted the curtain (using ecru size 10 thread, size 6 steel crochet hook and lots of beads and jingle bells). The arch (shown in a previous post) is 32" high by 60" wide and the curtain is 75" wide by 55" deep - both measured on the longest and deepest edges.
but I also finished the celtic valance (also using size 10 ecru thread, size 6 steel crochet hook, jungle bells and beads). The valance - including the curtain rod pocket) is about 24" deep and about 60" long.
and crocheted 55 snowflakes for assorted children for Christmas 2013 (using size 10 white crochet thread and 3 colors of metallic thread natural, gold and silver with a size 6 crochet hook). The largest snowflake is 4" (which I thought was too large) and the smallest is 2" with the majority between 2 1/2 and 3 1/4" inches. These still need to be washed and blocked but I'm going to wait til summer to do that so I can dry them outside after washing, blocking and stiffening. I'll probably will use a commercial starch for the stiffening tho some people use thick sugar water.
I cast on for socks. It took a while to get used to knitting! I have 5 adults and 5 children... those socks may take a while and I intend to take some breaks along the way.

You do beautiful work.
